How To Register A Bird Image
To create your Parrot ID card for your (FID)
Feathered Kid
upload an image of your companion bird with the bird name or owner
name.
We refer to the biometric hashing of your bird image as a 'Parrot ID
Card'. This system will create a unique sort of 'fingerprint' from
your uploaded bird image. When a 'found bird' image is uploaded the
'found bird' image will be compared to all the images in our Global
Image Database for a match.
Payment guarantees storage of your bird image in the Global Image
Database covering the cost to store the image in our secure
database.
Your email address will never be shared or sold for marketing. When there is a 'found bird' match your email address will be provided to the user that uploaded the 'found bird' image that matches your registered bird image so you may be contacted about your bird being found.

You may use any email address. The email address you provide will be revealed to users uploading a 'found bird' image that matches any of your registered bird images. You may access all of your registered bird images in your user account and flag any of them at any time as 'safe' or 'missing'.
